Branch Level Inventory Control
When you create an agency for your online store, you can set it up to display branch level inventory across your branch locations. In order to do this, you will need to set up your agency as an Inventory Agency and you will need to configure your product listings to allow inventory levels to be shown. Refer to Adding a New Agency for more information about the creation of inventory agencies. For more information about setting up your product listings, refer to the Item Profiles topic. The following image displays an example of a product listing page with branch-level inventory enabled.
When branch-level inventory is enabled on your KommerceServer system, you can click the Select Home Branch link on the product page to search for and select the branch that is located closest to you. You can also select the Check Availability link to search for and view inventory levels at other store branches.
